How Much Water Should I drink?

Image
We all know that staying hydrated is important, but how much water should you drink in a day? As a general rule of thumb, you should be drinking between a 1/2 an ounce and an ounce for every pound you weigh. If you are going to be working out, you should drink an additional 12 ounces before you work out and after. If your urine output is anything but clear, you are lacking water. There are many benefits to water. They include: It keeps your brain healthy. It can prevent bad breath. It helps your heart function properly. It keeps you cool when you exercise. It lubricates your joints. It improves skin elasticity. And lastly...it helps flush out toxins. Of course you can add flavor to your water so it makes it easier to go down. Instead of using regular flour, you can substitute it with almond or oat flour. I also like to use Carbquick, which can be found at Walmart.  https://omgchocolatedesserts.com/pumpkin-cream-cheese-coffee-cake/ Happy Eating!
